Based on the band's track record, it would probably be a safe to say that the Arctic Monkeys will release their third studio album in the very near future. While the English natives may not be able to continue the trend of delivering a new album every year (see: 2006's Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not and 2007's Favourite Worst Nightmare ), we do know that Alex Turner and company have indeed started work on album #3.
