As dead prez finished a great set,the rumors spread that Rage Against The Machine would make a surprise appearance at the State Capitol,St.Paul Minnesota at the Ripple Effect event to protest the RNC convention show. They showed up, the police shut them down by dying the production crew to have any sound.
