Illinois-based Breathe Electric is one of my newest finds that's keeping my headphones occupied. In the growing genre of homegrown electropop bands, Breathe Electric seems to have grown in fame out of their myspace popularity and their touring with bigger acts in the same genre. I liken these guys to Hellogoodbye primarily, but with a delivery similar to a lot of pop-punk bands, which makes it a pretty decent auditory experience.
