I have been visiting/reading the reviews on SCATS , Slightly Confusing To A Stranger, for some time now and have come to a realization. Even though I don't consider myself a stranger to their site anymore, it is still quite confusing. It always feels like they are making slight, and at times insignificant, changes to their layout and presentation which leaves you, the visitor, feeling like you have just landed on a foreign planet.
