If you somehow haven't heard of Chicago's The Sea And Cake yet - they are a post rock band with a tinge of jazz thrown in to the mix for an all around easy listening and upbeat sound. The band took a short break between 2004 - 2007 but came back in style with the album Everybody which made some waves towards the tail-end of 2007.
