Metro Station Join the Circus with 17 Forever Video It seems like the music world loves a good carnival these days. From Panic at the Disco 's old Quasi-Erotic Victorian Circus Days, to T-Pain's Ringmaster get-up at this year's VMA's , to Britney Spears announcing her upcoming album will be titled Circus , it seems like musicians are all about tents, Ferris wheels and cotton candy.
