Bright Eyes ranks at #4 on my ongoing list of favorite bands , a band that unfortunately seemed to have peaked with 2002's brilliant Lifted, or the Story is in the Soil and has followed with the overlong, but filled with gems, double-album collection from January 2005 and then the truly disappointing 2007 release Cassadaga .
