I don't think there's an album out right now that I'm completely in love with more than Department Of Eagles' In Ear Park (out October 7th on 4AD ). Department Of Eagles is comprised of Daniel Rossen from Grizzly Bear, his friend Fred Nicolaus, and some help from Grizzly Bear-mates Chris Taylor and Chris Bear.
