I've always been interested in the music charts - I keep tabs on the happenings of America's music charts via Idolator's fantastic column, 100 and Single written by chart guru Chris Monalphy . But much more interesting is the Global Track Chart , which monitors the top songs in the world. This week at the GTC, Katy Perry 's "I Kissed A Girl" takes the No. 1 spot for the 7th week running.
