The Chap -'Builder's Brew' (Loaf Recordings) This has to rate as THE worst album I have heard all year*, and I have heard around 150. The problem with The Chap is that they think that a) they're intelligent and b) that they are being post-modern and ironic (or moronic, for short). Unfortunately, all they are is bloody irritating.
