Deerhoof, longtime favorites of mine, have a new album coming out tomorrow. It's called Offend Maggie , and will be released via Kill Rock Stars. It's hard for me to review a Deerhoof record without comparing it to their past work, since I've listened to their older albums so many times. For instance, as I listened through to Offend Maggie , I couldn't help but think that it sounded more reminiscent of The Runners Four than Friend Opportunity .
