Department of Eagles In Ear Park 4AD, 2008 Department of Eagles liked my mis-titling of their '07 LP so much they went out and made an album that lives up to the name I failed to fact-check. This is cold noise, an album of mostly dreary attempts at pop tunes eulogizing Dan Rossen's late father.
