Carlon is a four-piece indie band based in New Jersey (it's not just for burying Jimmy Hoffa anymore!) that sounds incredibly simliar to the Hollies and eerily favorable to the Band of Horses(Untitled Records' Rachel will NEVER let me live this down!). The band consists of Michael McWilliams(rhythm guitar, vocals), Ryan McGlynn(lead guitar, vocals), Jared Pollack(bass guitar) and Milo Venter(drums, percussion, vocals and they have combined to create a very mellow and harmony-filled sound, featuring the twangy rock I've loved since I was a little space cadet.
