One of my favourite discoveries of the past year, Sweet Jane release the eagerly awaited Blackboots & Blackhearts EP on October 17th (Dead Flower Records). This Irish band with real shades of the Velvets are fast gaining critical acclaim and have been invited to open for Glasvegas in both Irish shows in December. There is something I just love about bands with that wall of sound, lots of reverb and fuzzy guitars!!! This band have won a real place in my heart, everything about them sounds right.
