Sum Pear - Sum Pear "Freshly excavated from the depths of obscurity this is the one and only album from singer-song writing duo Sonny Hahn and Doug Miller and itís somewhat of an undiscovered gem as well. Originally released in 1971 on the Jubilee Group's "Euphoria" label (EST1) this quirky album mixes some fine eccentric British style psych with some outstanding heavy fuzz, particularly on the great "Hey Sun". The thoughtful lyrics deal with serious concerns (Vietnam, drugs etc..) and the guitar work is exemplory.
