Country Is The New Indie So, I saw that line in something I read on The Gobbler's Knob the other day and it got me to really thinking about what he meant. Is Country music really the new indie? I mean it really had me wondering what it meant. But, then I realized there's always been indie Country music acts...it's called "Alt-Country."
