Canada? Done did it. Sweden, Norway, etc.? Yeah, I'd heard they could hum a decent tune or two. Wales' Los Campesinos! don't even go to Fujiya & Miyagi-like lengths in pretending to be Spanish, but Mexico City-based Hello Seahorse! have enough low-key hooks and likable enthusiasm on "Won't Say Anything" to merit an exclamation point of their own (and maybe an upside-down one, too?).
