Fresh from the depths of Kool Keith's imagination, Mr. Nogatco (Octagon backwards) is his latest creation, a sinister doctor specialising in alien autopsies. This is by far not Kool Keith's best album and i think its because the character doesnt fit him as well, he doesn't get as many chances to be the perverted sicko hes famous for, he does however show glimpses of hope within songs like 'Big Adventure'...
