I featured The Exploding Boy twice in my Friday Five posts (R.I.P.) last year but oddly never introduced them properly on the site. I shall try to correct that now. Taken their name after a B-side by The Cure, it's no surprise that The Exploding Boy draws heavily from the 70's post-punk and 80's alternative pop scene.
