The Brighton Port Authority , Norman Cook 's latest genre-carving outfit, smashed into the world's collective conscious earlier this year with their debut release "Toe Jam" . With David Byrne and Dizzee Rascal manning the microphones it was the joyously ubiquitous sound of summer 2008, setting the scene for a truly ambitious musical proposition.
