She Brave Soul - The Neighbourhood Council I just got back from a concert, which I will write more about tomorrow. Tonight, however, I have something to disclose. BRAIDS (formerly known as The Neighbourhood Council) are my new favourite band. Every single time I've seen them perform, they blow every other band playing right out of the water.
