The Syracuse Orange took a quick 5-2 lead against Kansas on Tuesday night and then did nothing for the next thirty minutes against the defending national champions. They looked lethargic, their 2-3 zone was giving up easy layups and wide open 3-pointers, and the Jayhawks gathered a 13-point lead with about 12 minutes left in the game.
