Alright then, ladies and gentlemen of the LimeWire jury. As promised, here are my top ten songs of the year, avoiding any possible overlap with ye ol' top ten albums list. There were a few possible omissions on my part, but I'm not really keen to admit that there's at least one song on Chinese Democracy that tickles my fancy, while the stellar Crystal Castles/HEALTH jam " Crimewave " technically dates from last year, disqualifying it immediately, despite the album's 2008 street date.
