Dirty on Purpose offers farewell
Come 2009, there will be one less group floating around the strange, but forever vibrant Brooklyn music scene. Dirty on Purpose have announced that effective January 1, 2009, the four-piece, shoegaze-friendly outfit will be no more, ending a six year existence highlighted by one full-length album, 2006's Hallelujah Sirens , three EPs, and a slew of tour dates with some of music's biggest names.
