Xylos is one of an endless number of New York indie/pop/folk collectives that will aim to capture your attention in 2009. Beginning as a bedroom pop project from founding member/lyricist Eric Zeiler, Xylos later blossomed with the addition of vocalists Aaron Mendelsohn and Nikki Lancy, drummer Mike Greenfield, and bassist Monika Heidemann, as well as contributions from Yeasayer singers Anand Wilder and Ira Wolf Tuton.
