Oh, here's a disaster waiting to happen. A new startup called Bopaboo is claming they are legally allowed to act as a middleman for people selling MP3s under a so-called "first sale doctrine" that allows the reselling of CDs and vinyl records, etc. This is the genius of their TOS: If You sell any Used Published Item, you represent and warrant to the purchaser that your copy of the Used Published Item is a digital copy of the original work that You purchased directly from the applicable publisher or agent [...]
