Back in May Charleston, South Carolina's The Explorers Club did some serious time traveling with their album Freedom Wind . Some modern bands have that 60s pop influence floating through their tunes, but The Explorers Club have captured that era of sound and reproduced beautifully on this album. Clearly they have a strong obsession with bands like the Beach Boys and The Zombies because you could place any one of Freedom Wind 's eighteen tracks amongst their 60s pop gems and they wouldn't feel out of place.
