The Duke Spirit put out one of 2008's most overlooked albums (and if I say so one of the best albums), so overlooked in fact that it didn't appear on any year end overlooked lists . Still, Neptune was a perfect sophomore album for the band - at once expanding their sound, honing in the rawness and not straying too far from their shoegazey guitar buzzing.
