She says she couldn't stand being away from her child any longer; the reality, and there's no shame in it, is that she wouldn't want to spend another second listening to the self-obsessed perpetually-confused Coolio. Coolio's defence, when challenged on being as boorish as he is balding, is that he's playing a character, or playing games. Clearly, he doesn't like himself much, either, the speed with which he denies himself.
