It happens every year , after I've done my year end list, there's one criminally neglected artist not featured on the list. This year it's Ladyhawke from New Zealand who flew under my radar. I knew she released "Paris Is Burning" over the summer as it was one of my mainstay summer jams. I didn't know until just recently that they put out a slammin' debut album.
