Blog: Rock Sellout

The Junos are Canada's version of the Grammys and they are set to be presented this year in Vancouver on March 29th. This is always interesting as we see some of Canada's best indie acts get national and even international recognition. This morning, the list of nominees was unveiled. I will cover a couple bands worth mentioning amidst the usual major label drab. In the category of NEW GROUP OF THE YEAR we find a few familiar faces. Most notably Montreal's Plants and Animals [...]
