Since 1997 Germany's Jazzanova has been bringing us their special brand of deep house, nu jazz and broken beat. I remember spinning a lot of their tunes at Liquids Lounge on College Street, (Now Toi Bar), back when I was a house D.J. I was billed as "and guest" on flyers for Jenneric parties like "The Return of Smooth" with Eric Abelev, Kid Vez and Aaron Mossey.
