Picking out the best albums of the decade

2009 marks the end of the Twenty Ohs and with that, the absolutely necessary look back at my favorite rock albums of the decade. Last night's boring Grammy's telecast ( with some exceptions! ) seemed like a fitting time to begin that list. I'll try and rank them by the end of the year with the expectation that we get some good music this year.
