Album Review: Polly Scattergood I have sat with an empty page wondering how to review this debut long player from Polly. My views are well known and I wondered if I could give a subjective review. Over the last year, I have met and got to know both Polly and her manager Neil mainly via e-mail. How does the album stand up overall? Very,very well. Yes, it's quirky in places even self indulgent at times. For me, that is part of what stands Polly out from the crowd of current female singer songwriters here in the UK. [...]
