I was really lucky to stumble upon Galaxy Comète Records , a label working hard to revive disco-house. Taking heavy influence from the solo works of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk, Galaxy has several EPs available for free download. Each artist on their roster samples old disco and funk records, laces them with hard-hitting drums, and filters them to life.
