Every city has a person or a group of people who help establish the "Underground Hip Hop" scene. On Monday March 2, 2009 Tallahassee, FL celebrated one of those people with the departure of DJ Mad Mardigan. Known for founding "Mundazed", a weekly hip hop event that was hosted at Club Down Below in Tallahassee, FL.
