Detroit rappers Black Milk and eLZhi are embarking on a month-long, 14-venue tour across Europe later this month to promote Black Milk's latest solo album TRONIC , which was released in October. eLZhi, member of the Detroit rap group Slum Village, released his Black Milk produced solo album The Preface on Fat Beats Records in August.
