Brandon Bethancourt, AKA Alaska in Winter , is a one man production who sings, plays piano, accordion, melodica, synthesizer, electro drums & programming. Think Daft Punk, Kraftwerk, Crystal Castles or Goldfrapp with male vocals. Since the inception of Alaska in Winter, Bethancourt has released a handful of music including "Holiday," his 2nd full length album. Bethancourt's high school buddy Zach Condon of Beirut, contributes his trumpet and ukulele efforts, while Heather Trost from A Hawk & A Hacksaw plays the violin.
