Kanye West dropped by American Idol to "sing" "Heartless" last night because, you know, dude's a singer now, and he wants people to take him seriously as such. It would be unthinkable that back when he was doing songs like "Through the Wire" that he'd be on American Idol selling an album where he sings through an Auto-Tuner. Kanye's performance was kind of breathless (literally--Kanye seemed out of breath) and he was dressed like the guy that changed my tires yesterday.
