Les Deep Dark Woods produisent une musique d'une belle froideur, sans doute héritée des longs hivers nordiques de leur Canada natal.Leur 3ème album sort sur le label Black Hen Music que j'avais un perdu de vue depuis le bel album de Jenny Whiteley. Produit par Steve Dawson, déjà aux manettes pour Whiteley, Winter Hours porte donc bien son nom.Mais le groupe manie la mélancolie et la tristesse
