I was a big fan of the British band The Shortwave Set and their debut album The Debt Collection in 2005. They play sample laden atmospheric pop music that's hard not to like. It's self described as "Victorian Funk" but...whatever. On March 24th via Wall Of Sound Records The Shortwave Set are set to release their follow up entitled Replica Sun Machine .
