Kaka, aka Richard Karlsson, just released his self titled album in the UK on March 9th by way of Stockholm based label Despotz Records. Kaka started his musical career as a guitarist, singer and songwriter in the indie band The Tambureens in the late 90's. After The Tambureens disbanded, Kaka joined The Mo, which toured frequently and released two albums, with the song "Nostalgia Locomotive" taking a no.1 position on the Swedish single chart. Kaka wrote material during this period and eventually left The Mo and subsequently spent a year and a half recording the album. audio: [...]
