"Black Hearted Love," the first single from PJ Harvey and John Parish second album together, A Woman A Man Walked By, sounds like it was time capsuled since the duo last recorded an album (1996's Dance Hall at Louse Point ) and dropped to us in 2009. Seriously, it sounds like early '90s Sonic Youth crossed with early '90s, uh, PJ Harvey. The song just got a video which finds Harvey bouncing in a child's bounce room as rain pours down.
