
Really good, listen-all-the-way-through breakbeat albums (not mixes, but so-called "artist albums") are hecka hard to come by, yeah? Off the top of my head I'm thinking the Freestylers ' all-time classic Raw As F**k , Saturday Night Lotion by the Plumpers ... and ... yeah, dance music's a singles game by nature. It's hard to provide enough variety to justify an album while not straying too far from the sound that brought people to you in the first place.
