Arrah and the Ferns/Woodlands/Coun cil Idaho Upon my fairly new move to south Philly, I have come across a couple of interesting new bands that put a new groove in my step. One band especially has sent me tripping over myself with jolly goodness. Arrah and the Ferns and Woodlands (her previous,currently reconstructed, and to be named changed band) has brought a new sound to the Philadelphia area.
