"Stand" and Deliver" is the a newly recorded cover No Doubt gave to all of the fans who bought tickets via the presale (and effectively giving Ticketmaster the finger). I was one of the sheeple that bought No Doubt tickets early, by the way. "Stand and Deliver" was recorded FOR Gossip Girl, because the mp3 came tagged with "From the television show Gossip Girl."
