Vampire Weekend In The Studio Recording New Album

Taking some time off from touring, Vampire Weekend has headed back into the studio to record their sophomore LP. The band has been recording in Brooklyn and are shooting for a release this upcoming September. Vampire Weekend has finished up writing all the material for the new record, and told the premier music outlet Entertainment Weekly that Rostam Batmanglij, the band's keyboardist, will be producing the studio sessions.
