Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears is an 8-piece soul/blues band out of Austin that will kick your ass with hi-octane tunes reminiscent of Little Richard and James Brown. Joe Lewis attacks the mic with fits of urgency and The Honeybears bring it with a tight horn section, janglin' guitars and nimble, prominent bass lines. Think Daptones on a coke binge.
