Bands to Watch #109: Color of Clouds Color of Clouds are a charming indie-folk trio from Brooklyn, New York. The band is fronted by Kelli Scarr, formerly of electronica outfit Moonraker and the Americana-inspired Salt and Samovar. Scarr's velvety smooth voice (often likened to '1 2 3 42 singer, Feist) perfectly mixes amongst the band's serene instrumentation and ambient electro beats. Color of Clouds count Flaming Lips and Postal Service as just two of their influences, both of whom have been likened to the band's music by past critics.
