Passion Pit's original mix for "The Reeling" doesn't really need any help as far as dancefloor readiness goes, but Calvin Harris is there with hand outstretched regardless. Harris beats up "The Reeling" with some funked-up bass, a few filter sweeps, and some karate chops to the track's vocals. It ends up subtracting some kind of epic quality that the original has, but at the same time is a little less serious, and a little more fun.
